The Caterpillar 3126 Turbo Diesel engine ignites quickly, it idles very smooth, and it has abundant torque to power this truck whether on stop-and-go traffic or on the highway. The Allison 5-Speed Automatic Transmission is engaging nicely and shifting smooth. The ride on this truck is remarkably smooth and the acceleration is impressive! It cruises very comfortably at highway speeds (currently governed at 55 mph), ride is straight, and the suspension is noticeably snug.
The interior on this truck is just as impressive. The dashboard is like new, all the gauges, switches, and controls are functioning, the glass is flawless all around, and the doors close smoothly.
