Catalina 27 - 27' with Universal Atomic 4. 1978 Low Reserve!
In '02 I had the mast painted and new spreaders and spreader lights installed. Also in '02 the standing rigging was replaced along with the chain plates. Wood has recently been redone and the upholstery is in nice shape. Boat needs very little, but does need some work. The gas tank needs to be drained due to a boat cleaner leaving the gas cap open while hosing down the boat. Thus, water in the tank and engine doesn't start. Otherwise it runs fine. Also needs exhaust manifold repaired. Batteries and charging system are good. Rigging was modified by previous owner for racing. 2 Jibs, 1 main sail with small hole that has been taped and one spinnaker. I am selling the boat due to physical issues and can't operate the boat any longer. Boat is at Carbrillo Marina in San Pedro and the slip is transferable upon marina approval of your application.
