I am selling this boat for a freind who has some health problems and now can not enjoy the boat. The boat overall is in better than average condition and shows very well. I few years ago the hull was professionally painted and it shows it. The interior cushions are in excellent condition since they have been stored for most of their life and a the boat has a set of nice cockpit cushions. Comes with vhf radio and stereo system which was installed recently. Sails are in very good condition and the headsail is roller furling. The boat on the inside is very comfortable and has standing headroom with plenty of beam. I am told that this is a special model that has the upgraded interior. The interior is more to the volume of a 28 footer. Now the problems. The lower part of the sail drive is corroded as you can see in the pictures. The unit is water tight and it never leaked water inside of the vessel. The marina owner found another one that appears to be in pretty good shape. Arrangements can be made to include this in the purchase. I am told that they are hard to come by. I have included a picture of the unit. I am told the motor is fine and was profesionally preserved. The owner prior to finding the other lower unit had thought about just installing an outboard and had even purchased a bracket. The holding tank was removed to install a new unit but he never got to it. This is a very good boat that with a little attention is going to give many years of enjoyment. I am putting a low reserve for the owner.
